[Yaesu] mp amp keying?

Yes, and a cheaper alternative is the N0XAS "Universal Keying Adapter 2"
kit, which gives optical isolation between rig and amp on the keying line.
My IC-750Pro used to suffer from "sticky" c/o relays when driving my old
TL-922 amp 'cos that has 100V on the interface c/o line!
I use the UKA-2 now for all my Rig-to-Amp interfaces for peace of mind.
Google for HamGadgets.com or N0XAS
BTW, I have no connection with this firm, just singing praises where I think
due!
