figure seems excessive. Having said that 2640 J is an awful lot of energy.
Sufficient to lift 50Kg through more than 5 m .... think about it.
(For you guys in the colonies that's 110 lb through more than 16 feet.)
I cannot remember the specs on an RJ1 but I use an RB1D Jennings to switch
HV. It has a rating of 12KV @ 15 amps... but that's cold switching I think.
