curious as to how long ago this happened. here is texas MBE are now owned by 
UPS for about 2 yrs. You might check as that should if the same there.. give 
you some pressure points
good luck I too have had problems with UPS and FedEx they really do not care 
bottom line.. w or w/o insurance

it is always a fight
