What is the difference bewteen 811 RF tubes and 811 audio tubes?
Where was the Svetlana 811 built?

The Svetlana tube factory in St.Petersburg is still building the transmit
tubes under their (winged C) logo.
The Svetlana brand with (S) logo is sold to Sovtek and manufactured their.

Transmitting tubes like 4CX400A, 4CX800A, 3CX800A7 etc. are still
manufactured in St.Petersburg.
The German distributor asks 425 Euro+VAT for their 4CX800A and 399 Euro+VAT
for the 3CX800A7

Thats not much less then the sales price of a "real" tube:

Svetlana didnt build the 811/572, just put their name on them. Their 572's
were never designed as RF tubes either, just sold that way.

So where does one get the Russian equivalent of the Svetlana 4CX400A these
days?
