I had completely forgot about that.
And you have the curve in at the top if done carefully.

Use the "hot wire" to cut and a fine emery cloth to *carefully* get rid 
of the sharp edges.
It's a relatively simple procedure, but still may take a bit of practice 
if not having done it before.
