I have no pricing on the BLF578XR but new BLF578 (genuine, not Chineese 
copies) were available on ebay.co.uk for GBP £85.00 each... I purchased 
some for my QRO 144MHz amp and they're fine.

The Freescale MRFE6VP61K25H which is a similar device to the BLF578XR is 
available for EUR €239.00 inc. sales tax in Europe (about USD $340.00) each.

There's also a PCB and kit of parts that can be used for the Freescale 
or NXP parts to build a 1KW amp for 144MHz, here at RF Ham:
