My choice would certainly not be the 3CPX800 altho MRI pulls are still 
readily available at 200-300 each at full output. Plus the Chinese and 
Russian versians are much cheaper and my experience is that they are 
reliable.

OTOH my choice would be the 3CX3000A7, brand new Chinese is about $800 and 
the Russians make it also. Very rugged and forgiving of faults.
Its time to say good bye to Eimac.
