May not be "moot" as only 17-18% of government is impacted by this
faux-shutdown.
Unless the President specifically-targets this it will likely be
unaffected.
Right now he seems to be targeting mouments and parks frequented
by elderly veterans, base stores important to active duty military
families, and private homes & businesses located on Federal lands.
It's an unnecessarily-insane mess out there ...
I think this question is kind of mute now with the government shut down.
