AMEN to that Cathy, although I have to admit that today's cars run so
much better than the oldies!  My six year old Ford Escape starts
instantly in any weather, runs perfectly, never overheats or stalls,
never floods the carburetor nor vapor locks like in the "Good Old
Days".  But I also have to admit that repairs require a specialist and
are quite expensive, relatively speaking. There ain't no free lunch.
