No, Dan, I don't think it's a good idea to turn the bands over to them.
But I think if there was a small area of HF set aside for the no-coders, that 
perhaps THAT would then give them a taste of HF and they would then upgrade. 
I let any of the no-coders in our area come to my shack to try HF, and out of 
about 7-8 of them that have come over a few times, I think half of them have 
upgraded to General or higher. 
Was the novice ticket the answer? Is the no-code Tech the answer? I relly don't 
know Dan, but the times are changing, and maybe classes need to be changed. 
Maybe we should just leave everything the way they are....
