[CQ-Contest] East Coast Advantage

W7GG:  the advatage if there is one is that they can wk or look for some of 
the
rarer sections on the low bands ......w7gg
Please explain why year after year on ssb, other than the VI station there 
are usually only one  or two east coast stations in the top ten if there is 
no advantage for the west coast.
