OK, I get it - you don't get it or purposely obfuscating the point.

It is not about me (serious operator), it is about soliciting contacts by
non-amateur means:
"Give me a call and hear yourself, while I get extra callers that otherwise
would not call me".

Interesting that all the answers dance around "advertising contesting" while
ignoring the real purpose - soliciting QSOs by non-amateur means during the
contest.

Care to address how it is not solicitation?

Fuggetaboutit, let the CQ WW CC interpret and decide.
