AA3B, what were you trying to do?? Set some kind of record? Very
interesting analysis of AA3B spots. After 993 spots the most he made for
any one station was 8 (so6x, tm6m, lt1f). There were 556 unique stations in
the list.

You think these cheerleaders are bad? You should see the cheerleaders from
the European VHF/UHF spotters over the weekend!

Yes, it looks like sq8jca was spotting himself, but he was also not always
on contest bands and some spots were below the US phone band so he was
probably not a serious contestant. The same seems to apply to i3thj.

So that leaves the Carribean cheering section of n8lgp, n4tmz, k0juh, k8nd,
and kp4cpd fighting it out for top cheerleading honors from the states, with
wa5pfj in the middle of the pack spotting TI5N. I wonder how close kp4cpd
lives to kp4ke, one of our old self spotting friends?

The single spotter report doesn't seem to have any standouts in it this
time, another good sign??? Maybe everyone figured out it is better to
recruit cheerleaders than to do it yourself?? Might as well get some help
with spots, it takes too much work to hide your own trail while you are also
trying to operate in a contest.

Oh, there was one that hasn't learned yet...

an interesting group of spots. note the consistency in the comments from
various spotters. and the praise for a strong signal! i love it when they
do that! also note that they are all exactly even khz spots, very rare
these days with computer controlled radio spotting.

the ip of course is from:
inetnum: 85.90.202.0 - 85.90.203.255
address: Velton.Telecom TC Ltd
address: 50, Sumskaya Street
address: Kharkov, Ukraine

Some other observations:
1. w3fq made many spots. all his other 40m spots had capital QSX in the
comment.
2. w4gty only made the one spot
3. w4kvw made one other non-contest spot over the weekend.
4. cm6rcr spotted himself twice and also zx5j, his self spots came from
65.11.245.108
5. n2wwu only spotted uw9i
6. ai4fr made comments about 'great op' for other spots, but 'cq test' only
for uw9i.
7. ke7xe made one other spot from ip 219.95.32.227
8. ve6lmd made several spots for pa1wlb, his only other spot was uw9i, and
the only one with an all lower case comment.
9. ur4eyn only made the one spot
10. k3dug made several spots from ve7cc-1 node, only the uw9i spot came from
dxsummit.
11. k2ki only made the one spot
12. k9rod made another 12 spots in the contest, all of them spelled out the
country name in the comment, except the 'CQ' comment for uw9i.
