That's not true.  Writelog's CW decoder has been present for years
(and works great!), as does other tools such as CwGet, MFJ decoder
boxes, etc.  Writelog's CW decoder uses 7 different audio "channels",
so it could decode 7 different callers in the audio passband.  Skimmer
is just taking that a bit wider, and adding a little more automation.
Use of aforementioned CW decoders are allowed by all contest sponsors
in the single op category.
