I think you answered your own question, Art.  Think of it as playing poker 
with all your cards face up on the table.  You be the judge whether that 
would change anything.  Despite other comments, all sports are not alike, so 
they don't necessarily all benefit from the same rules.  Winning at 
Radiosport requires some amount of hard-earned strategy.  Since this has 
come at cost to the op, David is right, it is treated by them as having 
value.  Let others guess and second guess, and if they're worthy, let them 
figure it out, but not without making some investment and taking some 
chances themselves.  Why dish it up on a silver platter?  No challenge in 
that.  The fun is in the outwitting, and in some cases even the bluffing. 
Learning should be both challenging and rewarding, not spoon-fed.

Let the checking process be stringent and intense.  Let the rules be 
enforced.  Let the results of the checking process be accessible to the 
public.
