Why not? It's not like FD is a real contest where you turn in complete logs. 
There's no specific or general prohibition in the rules either. You might come 
up with an educational program on this topic that qualifies for a 100-point 
bonus. 

That said, does anyone even post spots during Field Day? There are no mults or 
"rare ones."
