Joe,

Apparently there is a gentleman's agreement according to this WIKI entry (
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/WARC_bands ) which says "Due to their
relatively small bandwidth of 100 kHz or less, there is a sort of
gentlemen's agreement that the WARC bands may not be used for general
contesting." Maybe some one can clarify this fact.

In these rules which I think are official
http://www.zerolandqsoparty.com/
it says "160, 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meters only." WARC bands are not
allowed.

Yet in these rules in the QRZ forums
http://forums.qrz.com/showthread.php?t=271653
it says "Bands: 160, 80, 40, 20,15, and 10 plus QSOs on WARC bands & 50MHz
by schedule. See Bonus section"

Maybe some one can clarify which rules are the right ones. Hope there later
posting is wrong It would be a shame to see contest intrusion on the WARC
bands even for a single Q. It is not in the spirit of contesting and the use
of WARC bands.
