There was a note on qrz.com (I think from one of the organizers) that said
they'd dropped the idea of using the WARC bands. It would probably be a good
idea to edit the main post on qrz.com to remove the reference to the WARC
bands, but I'm not sure if that's possible.

The rules on http://zerolandqsoparty.com no longer mention WARC at all.
