So this turns into an old battle about what constitutes public vs private...

So the next question is, if a skimmer source is registered with RBN, can you 
connect to it directly rather than thru the RBN server, which is likely to 
crash like it did during SS if you dont allow direct connections...or what 
about alternate RBN servers?   What constitutes the RBN?
 
We dont have one worldwide packetcluster server.  What would happen if everyone 
in the world tried to connect to K1TTT?   Some would get in and others would be 
rejected.  That's fair?  Talk about cyber-warfare....
 
There are way too many questions now and no answers yet.
