Oops, I forgot the second half...
For the bum: I bought a "Wondergel" pad that truckers use for long trips.
I got the 2" Extreme version. It uses a collapsing lattice of gel that
works better than the memory foam pillow I had been using. With the
pressure of sitting on it, the memory foam pillow collapses flat. The
Wondergel pad is much more firm and designed for the weight of sitting. I
found it at a county fair type event, but Google shows it is sold at
Northern Tool for $80 which is the same price I paid.
