It did NOT work well in this case -- his pileup was on top of A35T. You thought it worked well because you were much farther away. From NorCal, I had a front row seat, just as you do for EU and AF.

What's "right" for a DX operation, where it's often the dominant activity on the band is NOT usually "right" for contesting, where there are MANY more stations active.
