[CQ-Contest] Kill 0,1,2,3 and go for just 3 points

CQWW is a DX contest.

The multiplier leverage effect on score provided by the sum of CQ Zones and
DX entities guarantees it stays that way.

Having said that, I see no reason not to kill 0,1,2,3 points structure and
go for only 3 points for all QSOS.

Everyone will benefit:

USA will enjoy proximity QSOS just like Europe does.
Asia will work JA to full points
A full range of DX entities will acquire World winning spots.


Ahhh, some say about historic records!!!
I say records are there to be broken not to stay...
