You add the extra ladder line at the shack end and hang it under the 
eaves loosely looped as others stated.  May only take 5 or ten feet to 
change the impedance enough to get a good match well within the tuning 
range.

Are you feeding the ladder line from a coax tuner?  If so, you should at 
least use a cable choke either Ferrite beads on a foot of coax, or six 
or more coils of coax in solenoid form.
