In the past I've had some serious problems with Pay-PAl and EBAY.

In private emails, several sellers have told me that they were "under
pressure" from Ebay to ONLY use PAy-PAl. Two specifically had their
listings denied or modified because (they said) "for the sales of
electronics, Ebay currently only supports PAY-PAL as the specific
method of payment."

One was even 'warned' that accepting another form of payment for an
EBAY auction constituted a violation of the sellers terms of service
and as such would evict the seller from future sales.

PAYPAL is NOT regulated and can sieze funds and make rules that are
not subject to oversight. I heartily suggest that before using PAYPAL
that everyone reads their Terms of Service. Then decide for yourself!
