Yes, thanks Mike.  I had found R-16 after your first message, of course I 
violated rule #1, RTFM. Never imagined an adjustment for that, figured a 
component failure.  Adjusted per the manual, also adjusted R-9 on the OT-TR 
board, and the display timebase, used some wire wedges to tighten up the 10M 
band crystal.

A long way from mint, but seems to be working ok for now.
