Hi Ron,
I haven't verified this, but my recollection is that the Omni VI had the xtal
oven. When they came out with the Omni VI Plus they went to the TXCO, which I
believe was standard. But, the original VI's that were upgraded (Option 3) had
the TXCO put in... so for the original Omni VI's, it was an upgrade (to the
Option 3).
