If the switch was not special order; it may have the name or logo of the manufacturer on its body. It surely will have a rating label, ie "3A 125V/1.5A 240V" or similar. Given the rating, any switch that fits that rating and the cut out would work, as long as you can get it with the terminals to make the least labor in changing out the old switch. If it is a plastic rocker switch, they typically fail more often. But, they are widely available from electrical wholesale houses or parts houses.

See if you can match it up to a switch in the Mouser catalog, or other big distributors. Your solution may be only a phone call order away from your QTH, and overnight, or for lowest shipping cost, have them put it in a mailing envelope. Of course, Ten Tec may stock the switch as well.
