In place of cutting slit in your ceiling, simply drill two holes the spacing of the line and insert bolts long enough to protrude on both sides. If the ceiling is sheet rock you probably don't need an insulated sleeve over the bolt, for 100 watts, but that is easy to do with shrink tubing or plastic tube. Put nuts and lock washers on each end of the bolts and simply bolt the cut ladder line to the nuts up in the attic side, and another piece of parallel line from ceiling side down to the tuner.

Putting a half twist every 18 in. in parallel lines cancels out coupling to nearby conductive or structure components.

Look up historic pictures of ship radio rooms back in the days of wooden deck houses for a shack and you will see how they used insulated bushings to bring feedlines into the shack.
