Here's the reason for the windload figures. Per Note #4 in the General
Notes on the drawings, Rohn has deducted 8.0 sq.ft. of wind loading for a
commercial antenna mount. For ham purposes, add the 8.0 sq.ft. to the tower
capacity figure for TOTAL wind load.
