I have a Miller Belt and the adjustable lanyard.
The lanyard is 1 inch wide, 1/4 inch thick,
folded back on itself with a rectangular 'slide'.
This lanyard is fairly heavy, quite STIFF, and
DIFFICULT to adjust, even on the ground with
no tension on it. It would be a real PITA to
adjust on the tower where it was your only
support and you needed to take both hands
OFF the tower to adjust the lanyard.
I use 2 lanyards made of 1/2 inch braided nylon rope
tied to 5000 lb rated clips with properly tied bowline knots.
