My, but that's expensive!  Why not drill and pin the connection between 
rotor and shaft instead, or try some friction-increasing material inside 
the clamps?  I recall a thread on Towertalk a few years ago, in which 
scrap industrial belting material was suggested for this purpose because 
it is specifically formulated for high friction.
