I spray paint my sinkers dayglo orange or red. I happen to have a couple of
cans laying around from my son's Estes rocket days. Great colors to help
find rockets(or sinkers) in the woods :-)

FWIW...I've found that a sinker is hard to see in "dark"
trees like pines unless I wrapped it in ordinary masking tape.
Of course other bright tape would work too.
