I use the regular loop type arms that came with my Hy-Gain tower, but I use
a couple of feet of half inch heater hose at each arm. Have to put it on
before connectors of course. Cinch up some nylon ties to keep it in place.
Some folks just let it pile up on the ground or in a barrel,  but we have
winter here and the tower is north of the house and the base is shadowed in
the winter.
