They do not sell direct to individuals. Their web site says that individuals 
may purchase products from HRO. Unfortunately HRO does not carry the coils.
Looks like they are simply unavailable unless you can find them in an estate 
sale or from hams who bought them years ago. I used to find them at Silicon 
Valley
Surplus places, but those businesses are now all closed. Try hamfests and flea 
markets
