I find it adequate, but I probably have low standards. I just tried
recording a CQ TEST using the rig's sidetone with the internal Keyer;
TRlog under dosemu first with a parallel port; and then with a serial
usb port, all at 40 wpm. While my recording quality is poor, you can
compare the sound of the three mp3 files to hear the differences.
