It's been a while since I've set up WL for PSK contesting. But as I remember
it, it's the same as RTTY but you must have "LSB is
really FSK" checked under the "Bands" menu since PSK is an AFSK mode. Once
this is done you should be able to transmit using the
buffers just like RTTY.
