Unfortunately there are a number of hams that came up thru the CB ranks that
are active freebanders. I can appreciate your efforts to rid the list of the
illegal radio operators but you just can't. Too many have license. However, the
FCC has nailed a few and made examples of them. I hope one in particular that
appears from time to time claiming he has multiple degrees and a PHD will not
be so much of a pain. The FCC is revoking his Tech license for operating 20
meter SSB even after being notified that he was not operating with in his
license class privileges. I am sure he will read this and appear, possibly
under an alias as he does from time to time.
