Hi All:
The reason that Labrador stations send NF for a report in the RAC
contests
is the simple fact that Labrador is part of the great "PROVINCE" of
Newfoundland!!! The report is signal and PROVINCE. Not ARRL/RAC
section. There is no inconsistency in this contest...there for no need
to change
the reports. If you look at a map of provinces in Canada you will find
10!!
The two territories count as separate mults because they are separate
governments.
THIS TEST HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ARRL SECTIONS!!
(sorry for shouting it is just silly not to read the rules of the test
first to
understand what the report is)
