how about:
each Japanese call area counting for a country? (been discussed before)
point structure changed to:
W1, W2, W3, W4,W5, W8, W9 and W0 contacts to Europe changed to a point value of
2. the same call areas to Asia equal 3 points.
W7 and W6 contacts to Europe equal 3. contacts to Asia equal 2 points.
just a thought about equalizing east and west coast competition.
