[RTTY] MMTTY question

Same time lag here rising to about 1 second at times.
Rebooting the PC cures the problem then it all starts again after a few
minutes.  Using MMTTY standalone HP Pentium 450MHz  laptop, Win98 with
160Mb memory.
No other programs running at the same time.
FSK on Com1 and rig control of MK5 on USB using a USB to serial converter.
Still happens if power is reduced to zero so don't think it's RF related.
