If you answer someone's CQ and you don't hear him come back to someone, call
him again fairly quickly.
There is nothing more frustrating for a CQing station than having two people
answer, with no copy on either one, and then ... silence.
Be aggressive--drop your call again and you'll have a good shot at making
the Q.
