Mike! Make a note of this -- the bylaws don't appear on the web site.
Seems to me they ought to be.
The two goals of the SECC are to encourage contest operation, and to
improve contest skills. If everyone submits a couple of (even small)
scores a year, that helps both goals.

Nor am I. But Rick put me to good use during WPX CW 1999, and NQ4I
finished #1 USA M/M that year.

Gordon, all I have up right now is an R7000 and a low (15 foot) 80m
doublet. Which reminds me, I gotta plan some tower work this weekend....
