Oh, I agree, and, don't worry.. Look back every few months in the reflector 
and you will see almost this exact comparison, with the usual results.. It 
will be back, but it sure takes a lot of bandwidth when it gets hot again 
and again...

NOW, I have a tougher question.. I do a LOT of maritime net checkins, and 
have begun to realize that I will be a lot more useful to the net if I have 
a phone patch. Did TT ever manufacture a phone patch? If not, I guess I 
will have to go to MFJ to get one, and, modify that 8pin connector to one 
that makes sense to a TT mic...
