If vapor is coming through from the inside, that means you're losing heat! Not
good. Coaxes should come through the wall in as little a pipe/cutout/hole as
possible. Stuff rags in the void to keep cold air out, or if you're really
serious, use expanding foam insulation from Blowes or Home Despot. Other ideas
including really cool entry panel boxes on my website

Only
coax goes thru the wall. There should be no vapor going thru the coax so no
problem.
