I am confused. I just read some e-mail discussing the upcoming DST
shift. I am one of the (un)-fortunates that lives in Arizona. We don't
use DST (except on the Navajo Reservation). Now, to the software.
I use ver. 10.19. I keep my computer in local, MST, time. BTW, the K9JY
site states that the computer must be kept in GMT. I take exception. I run
WL and it seems to see that my 'puter is on GMT and shifts the 7 hours
automatically.
Is this the case for new versions? What is the best way to set the
software and computer?
Also, Scot says-
Set your current date and time to GMT (Windows does not have a 24 hour
clock option - too bad).
If you go to Settings | Control Panel | Regional Settings | Time Tab
Set the Time Style to - HH:mm:ss. The Cap HH sets 24 Hour format.
Good luck in the DX test.
