Comments:

Started on 20 at 38 WPM. That seems like a good speed. Band seemed noisy with
rain expected later this week. God coverage to E, W, S, but not many W1; lots
of W8. Worked 11 in the first 3 minutes, so off to a good start. It took 14
minutes to get to 50 QSOs with 55 QSOs at the quarter. At 1930Z had 103, so
there was a chance for 200. At 1936 the rate was still good and reached 120,
then at 1945 had 149 QSOs. The rate was dropping and I have to call CQ a number
of times. Lost some guy in TX when a fat finger moved my frequency. Still lots
of CQing near the end. If I had another good band I would have changed.
SteppIR is too unreliable. There were a couple dupes and some guys who did not
hang around and repeat their calls. The last 10 minutes cost me the 200. Left
a lot of guys on the table to work. It was fun to have some Europeans call in.
I noted three times I logged 5 a minute. CWTs have really built my skill and I
hope some day to get to go on a DXpedition again.
