Asked,
"BUT when I tested the amp I noticed that in one of the 572B's there
is a small blue flash on the glass when amp is drawing current, it
comes with the dits and the daahs when transmitting CW. Is this
something
that can be cured, need to be cured, or is it just the tube telling me
to go
and bye a new one ?"
All the literature I've read over the years assures me that a blue glow
ON THE GLASS is okay.
Between the elements indicates a gassy tube--not okay.
73 & enjoy the light show,
