[AMPS] BC610... no 833's

The ART-13 used a single 813 modulated by a pair of 811's. The neat thing
about this transmitter is that the modulating transformer utilized a
tertiary winding to modulate the screen. Also, when an altitude of 10 or 11
thousand feet was reached, the dynamotor, would "down-shift" the plate
voltage to about 800 volts.
