I sent this last week but it didn't get through.

Tom says:

This is very true. It should be noted that both Tom and I said 'can', however,
and not necessarily that the problem will occur. If it does happen, the
difficulty I see is that you may get flash over in the tank switch -  because of
parasitic resonances rather than parasitic oscillations.....
