Using up wasted transmitting power.
Why not rectify the ref and feed it to a 20kw electric motor. Varyi the 
frequency would be a kind of speed controlng. That motor then in turn 
could turn another generator that could feed the transmitter. Get the idea?
Gee ....I think that tomorrow I'll go down to the patent bureau.
